One 50-minute 1-on-1 training session to go over safe lifting form, answer questions, and get to know each other.

Unlimited Membership
$225 / Month
This is the best deal if you plan on coming at least twice per week!
We recommend strength training 2-3x/week for most people with general health and fitness goals, but you’re welcome to come all 5 days we’re open!
5x/Month Membership
$125 / Month
Just testing the waters? Want to add strength training to your running, yoga, or cycling routine? Join us 5x/month!
We also offer this package at a sliding scale from $65/month. Just let me know you’d like this option at your “is it a good fit” session!

Kettlebell Endurance
On Saturdays, we kick it up a notch! We'll build on the skills you've been working on throughout the week by introducing kettlebell complexes, timed intervals, and ladder training! Some kettlebell experience required.
