This 6 week series will help you strategically improve balance, strength, mobility, & self-reliance as you age.

You’ll learn how to prevent falls & minimize harm when falling by practicing instability in a safe environment. You’ll build strength so that getting up from the ground, opening stubborn jars, and “lifting with your legs” feel easy.

You’ll also work on the inner fitness skills of mental and emotional resilience, and develop an ongoing positive association with your body.

About Your Instructor

Hi. I’m Laura.

When I turned 50, I gave myself the gift of personal training! My experience reconnecting with the joy of movement inspired me to become a trainer. My approach to training is informed by my core values: bodily autonomy, health, fun, empowerment, and self-actualization. I focus on skill development and self-efficacy.
