Get customized training tailored to your unique goals, desires, and personality, plus plenty of 1-on-1 attention to form. Classes are capped at 5 students. All bodies and fitness levels are welcome.

Mondays & Wednesdays – 6:30 AM, 9:30 AM

Tuesdays & Thursdays – noon, 5:30 PM, 6:30 PM

New Member Special

$185

One month of unlimited small group training to help you establish your fitness routine.

One 50-minute 1-on-1 training session to go over safe lifting form, answer questions, and get to know each other.

Unlimited Membership

$225 / Month

This is the best deal if you plan on coming at least twice per week!

We recommend strength training 2-3x/week for most people with general health and fitness goals, but you’re welcome to come all 5 days we’re open!

5x/Month Membership

$125 / Month

Just testing the waters? Want to work strength training into a larger fitness plan? Join us for 1 class per week.
